Office Apps
Choose a focused tool for documents, PDFs, calculations, timing or everyday admin. Use the guide to find a starting point, or browse all the apps below. Some run in your browser; others need a Windows download.
Guide to our office tools: start with your task
Choose by the result you need. Combining PDF pages, comparing wording and drafting a letter are different jobs, so each has its own tool.
Combine or separate PDFs
Use Merge PDFs to assemble several PDFs. Use Split PDFs to extract page ranges into separate files.
Write or check a document
Start with Letter Builder for a structured letter. Use Document Comparer to compare two versions of text.
Prepare customer paperwork
Quote & Invoice Generator brings customer details, item lines, prices and payment terms together in a document you can review.
Calculate or convert
Choose Calculator for a calculation, or Unit Converter when you already have a value and need it in another unit.
Measure time
Timer counts down to a target. Stopwatch measures elapsed time. Time checks local time by country.
Study or compare options
Use CSV Flashcards for question-and-answer practice, or Ranker to order options through head-to-head choices.

Practical ways to use the tools together
Assemble a PDF pack in the right order
Gather the source PDFs, then open Merge PDFs. Arrange the pages and remove anything unnecessary before downloading. Open the finished file and check the first page, last page and boundaries between documents. If you only need a range from one PDF, begin with Split PDFs instead. Keep the originals until you have checked the result.
Draft a letter, then review the changes
Use Letter Builder to organise names, dates, references and the main message. Save a copy of the first draft before editing. To see what changed, paste the original and revised text into Document Comparer. It highlights text differences; you still decide whether the wording says what you intend.
Prepare a quote or invoice without missing details
Before opening Quote & Invoice Generator, collect the customer details, item descriptions, prices and payment terms. Check the document type, quantities, totals and recipient before sending. Use Calculator for a separate arithmetic check when needed.
Turn study notes into flashcards
Prepare a two-column CSV for CSV Flashcards: questions in column A and answers in column B. Start with a small sample and check both sides before loading a larger deck. Keep each question focused on one thing so it is clear whether you remembered the answer.
Choose between timing tools
If you have 20 minutes available, set a Timer. If you want to learn how long a task takes, start the Stopwatch and record the elapsed time when finished. Use those observations to plan your next work session.
Use the specialist helpers for a specific job
Online Keyboard lets you click keys and copy the resulting text. Button Pusher assigns saved text to a shortcut on Windows, while Autoclicker repeats mouse clicks. Click Identifier records click details for testing. Try desktop input tools with harmless sample content first so you understand where their actions go.
Codebreaker tries decoding methods on a message and offers its best match. Use it for a text puzzle or encoding experiment; a readable guess still needs to fit your message.
Which tools work on mobile or desktop?
Mobile browser options
For a quick task on your phone, start with Calculator, Unit Converter, Timer, Stopwatch, Time, Ranker or Codebreaker.
Desktop browser workflows
Use a laptop or desktop for PDF merging and splitting, letter and invoice building, the contract builders, Online Keyboard, Document Comparer and CSV Flashcards. Their document, file or text workflows are provided on the desktop pages. A desktop page does not necessarily mean a software download.
Windows downloads
Autoclicker, Button Pusher and Click Identifier are Windows desktop tools. Their mobile pages explain the products rather than controlling your phone. Read the download and control instructions on each product page before starting.
Review the result before using it
Check names, dates, page order and totals in generated documents. Keep original files and use sample information when learning a tool. Read each product's limitations before working with sensitive material; do not assume every tool has the same storage or processing behaviour.
Employment Contract Builder and NDA Builder help structure drafts from your entries. They do not establish that the wording suits your circumstances. Review important agreements with an appropriate adviser before relying on them.
Does every app need installation?
No. Many run in a browser, including the document and calculation tools. The three Windows input tools listed above require desktop software. Check the individual page for its workflow.
Where should I report a problem?
Use the Contact page. Include the tool name, whether you used desktop or mobile, what you tried and what happened. Describe the issue with sample information rather than sending private documents or account details.
